Deputy IGP assures more arrests in the whipping case related to the Bodyguard Shooting Dato M Case

Deputy Inspector- General of Police, Tan Sri Noor Rashid Ibrahim said on Monday that the police will make more arrests relating in the recent tattoo man being whipped case, as there are obviously a few more people inflicting injuries to the victim in the video.
